Ride the "King of the Mountain" trail up to this is the view from the top of Sandia Peak. (almost 2k ft. in 8 miles)
The ski lifts are right behind us. To the left you can see the tram cables.
To the right is a takeoff area for the hang gliders.
I was huffin' & puffin' too hard to take any pics on the way up.
Next time for sure.
